AREA SALES MANAGER

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Job Description 

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our Northern Europe Sales Area (BeNeLux), based in Belgium/Liège. The main tasks is to identify opportunities, develop and close sales in BEA’s main segments of activity.

YOUR SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 

  • Ability to understand customer’s needs and demands, and put these into a global context (Readiness to stretch your comfort zone).
  • Ability to develop sales argumentation (UPS) ; excellent communication skills, not be afraid to ask questions or challenge.
  • Clear team-playing attitude to efficiently exchange with colleagues or seek valuable information within the team.
  • Commitment: you are not afraid of working hard to get the job done.
  • Adaptability & flexibility: our work environment is ever evolving and changing. You should feel comfortable with juggling different tasks, changing priorities or working with different colleagues or clients.
  • Last but not least ; A good sense of humour and a taste for adventure.
  • Being able to develop a clear strategy (explained through KPI’s), identify and convert sales opportunities within existing customers and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years’ of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch & English (Any extra language could be an asset)
  • Willing to travel (30%)
  • Be comfortable with figures, statistics and presentations. (internal BIs & Office Suite)
