DESCRIPTION OF YOUR JOB
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our Central Europe Sales Area, based in Belgium. In this position you will take care of a portfolio of existing customers or prospects located in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Eastern European countries.
The main tasks of our Sales Manager will be to identify opportunities, develop and close sales in BEA’s main segments of activity. She/He will be their privileged contact person.
The Central Europe Sales Manager reports to the Head of Area and closely works in collaboration with the other team members (Sales Managers, Technical Sales and Customer Officers) to reach the defined targets.

Our Central Europe Sales Manager will also:
bring a first experience as an Account Manager or similar Sales position
maintain and develop sales with existing customers, stimulate partnerships with local and key accounts as well as OEM’s subsidiaries
identify and convert sales opportunities within existing customers and prospects
share her/his knowledge with sales and/or technical staff of our customers during dedicated training sessions (technical or sales)
spend 40% of her/his working time abroad, in the designated area, to share the BEA message
be comfortable with figures, statistics and presentations.
German, English and French (spoken and written) are required. Any extra language could be an asset.
