CUSTOMER OFFICER - DACH & Central Europe

The mission

As a Customer Officer, you are responsible for a portfolio of customers, mainly in the German-speaking area of Europe

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining a close relationship with customers.
  • Providing correct and complete information on your customers’ main commercial and technical issues.
  • Ensuring administrative follow-up of the customer.
  • Proactively issuing sales and technical reminders.
  • Organising and attending internal customer visits.
  • Identifying the customer’s needs and doing everything possible to meet their requests.
  • You will report directly to the Head of Area but work closely with the Sales Managers and Technical Advisors.

Profile

  • You have professional experience in customer service.
  • You are fluent in German and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You are a team player.
  • You are solutions-oriented and organised.
  • You show empathy and curiosity.
  • You have business sense and good communication skills.
  • You are thorough and rigorous.
