Customer officer - Southern Europe

Job description

As a Customer Officer, you are the first point of contact for customers in the Southern European region and your team’s salespeople on a daily basis.

The job requires both internal and external technical and commercial knowledge of our existing and prospective customers.

Specific characteristics of the job

You will be responsible for the following:

  • You will be the first internal point of contact for current and prospective customers, with whom you will have a close relationship;
  • You will provide full and accurate information on your customers’ main commercial and technical issues;
  • You will ensure administrative follow-up of the customer;
  • You will proactively issue sales and technical reminders;
  • You will organise and attend on-site customer visits;
  • You will identify customer needs and do everything possible to meet their requests;

You will report directly to the Head of Area but work closely with the Sales Managers.

 Skills

You have professional experience in customer service.

  • You are fluent in Spanish (Italian is an advantage) and have a good knowledge of English.
  • You are a team player.
  • You are solutions-oriented and organised.
  • You display empathy and curiosity.
  • You have business sense and good communication skills.
  • You are thorough and rigorous
