DESCRIPTION OF YOUR JOB
Reporting to the CFO, you are responsible for the monthly consolidation of the 5 BEA entities and oversee all the company’s financial activities.
You will work actively on the preparation of the annual consolidated budget, with the assistance of our Finance & Process Analyst: you will challenge the budget prepared by the Business units and Corporate functions and ensure that the compiled budget is aligned with the strategy of the Company.
You monitor the budget and will be in charge of analysing and explaining the results and variances to the CFO and Board members of BEA.
You prepare sound financial analyses and advise operatives and leaders accordingly.
You take care of different financial mandates such as R&D investments, new production lines and facilities implementation, future acquisitions, etc.
You ensure compliance with Group rules and procedures while working on standardization of processes between entities.
You assist the CFO in the interactions with the mother company HALMA and you coordinate with all BEA entities the requests from HALMA.
YOUR SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Master’s degree in Finance.
At least 12 years’ experience in a related role (audit, financial analysis, controlling), in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Sound financial knowledge, business insights and determination to learn about industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Critical and positive mindset.
Self-motivated with good relational and organisational skills.
Good fit with BEA values.
Willing to travel 15% of the time.
