As a PLM Administrator, you participate actively in supporting the development of detectors and contribute to the growth of the company’s product portfolio. More specifically, you manage and develop the PLM tool to provide the most effective response to current business needs and changing needs. You cooperate closely with the R&D team members and all other stakeholders involved in the development, validation, and manufacturing of BEA products.
Act as a PLM administrator within the BEA Group R&D including the following tasks :
Animate the PLM tool user community. Survey the stakeholders to identify trends affecting the tool in order to proactively adapt the strategy
Define the strategy of development of the PLM tool
Set the roadmap of PLM tool based on technological watch and insights of the user community.
Prioritize the backlog.
Lead project development tools
Define project scope / planning / time frame
Follow project execution
Control project deliverables completion
Working relationships (internal & external)
Collaborate with all the development tools users and their line managers.
Collaborate with the department managers (mainly R&D, Product Management, Industrialisation and Operation)
Collaborate with other Business Units
Collaborate with group IT
YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS
Management and technical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Deep and wide knowledge of the Engineering Data management systems (PLM, PDM, ERP, …)
Application of agile development method to create solution(s)
Fluent in spoken and written English, French is mandatory
Autonomous project management and problem solving
