Procurement Officer


  • You ensure and monitor supplies within the deadlines required by the production schedule.
  • You organise delivery dates and quantities to be ordered so that stock shortages and overstocks are foreseen (orders to be brought forward or postponed)
  • You maintain constant contact with suppliers and, if applicable, resolve disputes regarding quantities and deadlines (in collaboration with your manager).
  • You know how to propose alternative solutions with regards to procurement and operational optimisation.
  • You comply with and apply procedures related to processes (ISO 9001 standard).
  • You perform various administrative tasks


  • Graduate level (economics/management) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar function is desirable
  • Good knowledge of English and French. Any other business language is an asset
  • Very well versed in Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of an ERP is a plus

  • You have good interpersonal skills, communication does not scare you
  • Your critical thinking skills include diplomacy and kindness
  • You juggle your structure and your excellent organisational skills
