As a Product Management Coordinator, you assist and coordinate the activities of the Product Management department. You gather and share all information related to the department’s activities (e.g. agenda on new products, their updates or withdrawals from the catalog) in order to proactively keep other departments informed. You support Product Managers in internal communication.
You produce and maintain the summary catalogue of BEA products for the sales department.
You centralize and coordinate customization projects in collaboration with Product Managers, sales teams, production, compliance department and media marketing. You maintain a record to identify precisely what has been customized on the products.
You develop and ensure the process of customizing the products, elaborate the conditions of access to them (e.g. minimum quantity, costs, …) and set up the tools allowing their follow-up. You ensure the improvement of this service and implement monetization proposals.
You keep track of customized products and identify items that do not meet the established conditions. You propose an action plan for these products (e.g. end of life, invoicing, etc.).
Support in the analysis of internal data (Business Intelligence) based on defined criteria. You participate in the development of analytical tools and views adapted to the needs of the department.
You organize the “Product Council” meetings where strategic product themes are debated and decided: Preparation of the agenda in consultation with the teams, consolidation of presentations, sharing of the agenda and documents before the meeting, note taking and sending the meeting report.
You support the Test Engineers of the Product Management department in sending, tracking and encoding data as part of field tests.
You follow up on the validation samples sent to our customers and make the link with the Product Manager responsible in case of refusal.
You structure and carry out the administrative follow-up of the department: Archiving of documents, order of equipment, preparation of business trips, management of confidentiality agreements,…
YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS
You have professional experience in technical secretarial work or similar.
You are familiar with working with an ERP.
You have a very good knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …).
You have excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (German is an asset).
You have a good ability to synthesize discussions and corresponding action lists.
You are autonomous, proactive and show initiative.
You are organized, structured and have a sense of priorities.
You are curious, with a critical mind.
