Customer Officer DACH

As Customer Officer, you are responsible for a portfolio of existing customers for the DACH area.  You are the privileged interlocutor of customers on a daily basis, technically or commercially. You proactively put yourself at the service of internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Officer you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Foster privileged connections with customers.
  • Deliveraccurate and complete information to your customers’ leading business and technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless client administrative follow-up.
  • Proactively initiate commercial and technical reminders.
  • Organize and participate in customer visits internally.
  • Identify and meet the customer needs.

You report directly to the Inside Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the Area Sales Manager.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • >4 years professional experience in customer service.
  • Fluent in German, French and English.
  • Rapid learning aptitudes and practical application of technical knowledge.
  • Curiosity, strong business sense and effective communication.
  • Team Player with a solution-oriented.
  • Meticulous, rigorous, organized,and problem-solving.
  • Adaptability, initiative and creativity.
