Product Manager

To further expand our innovative products’ range, BEA is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Product Management Team. This role is crucial for the continued strengthening of our product portfolio and to maintain our leadership position in a constantly evolving market.


The key accountabilities are divided into three key areas:

  1. Product Portfolio Management & Development
    • Analyze and understand market and industry trends to guide product development.
    • Carry out customer visits, engage with various market stakeholders (OEMs distributors, installers, etc) to understand their expectations, needs and challenges and integrate this knowledge into the development of new products.
    • Work closely with engineering, sales and marketing teams for the development and launch of innovative products.
  2. Product Strategy and Vision
    • Identify new growth opportunities for BEA through new products, business models or new markets.
    • Actively participate in strategic discussions and contribute to the development of BEA’s product strategy.
    • Draft new products’ specifications, identify differentiating factors, formalize, and develop value propositions, and create the financial model.
  3. Interdepartmental Collaboration and Leadership
    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful product design, development, certification, and launch.
    • Train and Support sales teams during the commercial launch of new products.
    • Promote a culture of innovation and encourage the development of new ideas within BEA.


  • Degree in engineering (industrial or civil).
  • Minimum 5 years in product management, preferably in the technology or industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills (comfortable with customer interaction and the ability to simplify complex concepts).
  • Fluency in both French and English. Proficiency in German is an asset.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility and a strong sense of initiative.
