To support the digitalization of its products and ensure consistency across its projects, our R&D department is seeking a Technical Project Leader Digital. Under the supervision of the Head of New Development, you participate in the development of software and contribute to the growth of the company’s product portfolio. You cooperate closely with your peers, with the product management, and with the project management department. This function requires technical interactions with our internal employees and potentially our customers.
Act as a B2B Software Project Leader for BEA’s digital team including the following tasks:
Manage the full software development lifecycle either mobile or desktop, from conception to delivery and maintenance.
Working closely with developers to manage expectations and define objectives within an Agile methodology.
Ensure the backlog refinement, software specification and compliance with project milestones.
Collaborate with the product manager and the project manager to ensure the overall success of the project.
Collaborate with the various product design stakeholders such as technical team leaders and technical project leaders, to ensure the final product success.
Ensure discretion regarding strategic technical information and internal data security.
YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS
At least 3 years of proven experience in software project management.
Engineering degree or a proven track record of software conception knowledge.
Experience in connected software development, Mobile or desktop Application (IoS, Android, Windows) or Web base development is required.
Cloud technologies knowledge is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
