Technical Product Specialist

As a Technical Product Specialist, you provide top-notch technical support to VIP clients a focus on high-value sensors. You handle on-site interventions efficiently, build strong client relationships, and collaborate across departments. You organize internal and external technical trainings, collaborate on improvements and lead market expansion efforts for BEA products. You establish and monitor KPIs to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

YOUR MISSION

As a Technical Product Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt technical support to customers, ensuring rapid issue resolution and foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Offer comprehensive internal technical training to enhance teams‘ understanding of BEA products and delivering impactful external technical training to foster long-term relationships.
  • Contribute technical expertise across the product lifecycle, ensuring products meet market demands.
  • Lead product expansion initiatives by analysing market opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs for service and product quality, fostering continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • 3 years of experience with a technical background.
  • Fluent in German, English and French.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
  • Skilled in conducting tailored training for diverse audiences, ensuring thorough understanding of technical concepts.
  • Ability to advise and guide both internal teams and external clients effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at asking pertinent questions and articulating arguments clearly.
  • Proficient in managing projects to achieve objectives efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel (40%)
