The role of Business Developer North Area focuses on influencing the market and promoting advanced sensor solutions in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, aiming to become a leading reference for major European end users.

YOUR MISSION

Join our dynamic and fast-paced Business Development activity as a Business Developer North Area (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland). In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and promoting cutting-edge sensor solutions across various industries such as major airports, cutting-edge automotive factories, and even prominent hotel chains or big hospitals, presenting a chance to expand your knowledge while making a significant impact in the business world.

As a Business Developer, your mission is to create a pull effect by establishing strong relationships with major European end users and positioning yourself as a leading reference in various detection fields.

Collaborating with key partners, you will contribute to enhancing BEA’s presence in the pedestrian/industrial segments, continuously analyzing market trends, and engaging with stakeholders to shape our strategic direction.

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Influencing End Users: Engaging with end users in the North Area to encourage the adoption of BEA’s detection solutions.
  • Creating a Pull Effect: Generating demand for BEA’s solutions, fostering a pull effect from potential end users, and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Becoming a Leading Reference: Establishing yourself as a leading reference in various industries within the North Area, providing expertise and knowledge to end users.
  • Identifying End User Needs: Conducting research and analysis to identify specific needs and requirements of end users that can influence key partners of BEA.
  • Collaborating with Partners: Collaborating with key partners within BEA to drive successful projects and initiatives.
  • Market Engagement: Engaging with architects, associations, and relevant stakeholders to gain insights into market trends and better understand market needs. 

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • Ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, or has 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for market trend analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent command of English, primary language of communication with end users. Any other additional language (fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) is a significant asset for engaging with partners in the region.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, visiting potential end users and attending industry events.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, emphasizing taking initiatives and seeking learning opportunities.
  • Interest and knowledge in business development strategies, sales, and market dynamics.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and strong teamwork skills.
  • Emphasis on innovation with an open and creative mindset ready to explore new idea.
