Business Process Analyst

With an eye to the future, BEA aims to accelerate the digital development of its operations to make our products ever more intelligent and intuitive, and to strengthen our internal processes while ensuring that we have the right IT tools to support and strengthen our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Business Process Analyst whose mission will involve two main areas:

Understanding and defining business needs: as a Business Process Analyst, you will guide and support the team in describing the challenges they face on a daily basis and identify business needs. You will work with BEA Europe employees to collect, document and analyse the needs of key users and with the IT team to implement the solutions identified.

Validate, evaluate and monitor: you will help define the criteria that will be used to validate that the proposed solution is appropriate and creates value for the company. You will also help organise training, internal documentation and appropriate internal communication. You will then assess whether the development or change is still in line with business needs by means of evaluation surveys. You will verify whether the new process or tool has been adopted by the team and act accordingly if this is not the case (by identifying new needs, planning additional training, reporting to management, etc.)

More specifically, your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Identify opportunities to improve BEA Europe’s processes and tools (Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, etc.) and arrange a list of projects in order of priority.
  • Analyze and search for solutions that meet the needs according to their feasibility (technical, financial, risks).
  • Specify the final requirements in agreement with the different actors and the objectives to be reached.
  • Facilitate exchanges between the implementation teams and the different actors involved, by acting as an interface and ensuring follow-up. Take part in the IT Committee to explain and challenge the implementation of the roadmap.
  • Validate the final result by ensuring that it meets the specified requirements.
  • Communicate the results to the teams in an appropriate and documented way. If necessary, organise training for the teams on new developments.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of these projects, by measuring afterwards the satisfaction of the users and the acceptance rate of the new procedures and tools put in place.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Management science/Business Analytics.
  • Previous experience as a Business Process Analyst is an asset.
  • You have excellent knowledge of project management and business flows. You can map a process through BPMN flow charts.
  • You are comfortable working in ERP, CRM or BI (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and Qliksense is an asset).
  • You are passionate about technology and IT tools and are able to translate a business need into an IT solution. Understanding SQL queries is a plus.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, persuasion and empathy skills. You can build strong relationships with colleagues, customers and partners to gain their trust and support in the implementation of new digital opportunities for the company.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French and can convey key messages to internal and external audiences, including senior management.
  • You have an organised, structured, proactive approach and a sharp sense of priorities.
  • You are a team player. You have experience in building, managing and motivating a team (directly and indirectly).
  • You can work independently, you have a high level of initiative and are willing to get involved.

OUR OFFER

  • In addition to being part of a great team that loves collaboration, birthday cake and fun – we offer a competitive package including extra-legal benefits (meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, collective bonus as well as individual bonus, 13th month, teleworking, health insurance and pension plan).

  • Under the motto ‘Work hard – Play hard’, our Party Committee makes sure we have cool events and after work drinks to socialize.
  • We offer training programs allowing you to discover the company, your colleagues and understand the products and their applications.
  • Working at BEA means being part of a fast-growing technological company.
