Industrial Maintenance Electromechanical Technician

In order to ensure the optimal performance of our production equipment, our industrialization department is currently seeking his future Industrial Maintenance Electromechanical Technician. Reporting to the Team Leader of the industrial maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) line and the COB (Chip On Board) process. This involves close collaboration with various machine suppliers, IT, Facility Management, and other stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION

As an Industrial Maintenance Electromechanical Technician at BEA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting both preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including computer and building aspects;
  • Be the first line of technical support for production equipment, notably via a ticketing system;
  • Documenting maintenance interventions through detailed reports;
  • Developing and updating user guides for the machines;
  • Ensure continuous optimization of machines to maximize their efficiency;
  • Providing training to production staff on machine operation, particularly emphasizing safety protocols;
  • Offering insights and recommendations on the procurement of new production lines or manufacturing processes.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or technical training with relevant experience;
  • Previous professional experience in an industrial environment is preferred;
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English for communication with machine suppliers and technical documentation reading;
  • Comfortable with administrative work (50% fieldwork – 50% office work);
  • Analytical mind, rigor, and method;
  • Flexibility, sense of priorities, curiosity;
  • Ability to work in a team, empathy, and kindness.
