IT Support

For its IT department, BEA is looking for an IT Support to provide a positive employee experience in all aspects related to hardware and software/network tools.

YOUR MISSION

The mission of our IT Support is to provide technical assistance to employees, ensuring the continuity of company operations and optimal work quality, from onboarding throughout the careers of our workers. He/She reports to the IT Director and works closely with the ERP & BI team.

As an IT Support, you will:

  • Manage assistance requests related to software, hardware, and computer networks via a ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve problems by quickly identifying the cause and providing practical solutions or escalating complex cases.
  • Ensure continuity of operations by monitoring the performance of computer systems to prevent potential issues.
  • Document and train by maintaining accurate records of assistance requests, contributing to the knowledge base, and training users on IT resources.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar by experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Support.
  • Knowledge of Windows (client and server) and Linux operating systems.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, Microsoft AZURE, Microsoft Defender.
  • Proficiency in English (B1).
  • Sociable, communicative, and flexible.
  • Solution-oriented, organized, and methodical.
