Production Sales Operation Planner

As a Production Sales Operation Planner, you organize the management of orders Europe and intragroup, under the supervision of the Production Manager, in coherence with the strategy of the sales department but also with the packaging animators and the manufacturing animators. In addition, you suggest the manufacturing priorities necessary for the proper functioning of the packaging to ensure scrupulous compliance with shipping times and changes in customer orders while respecting the imperatives of cost, quality, quantity and shipping. You also ensure communication with the sales department to process customer requests (order changes, progress, quantity change).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Acting as a Production Sales Operation Planner within the BEA Group production includes the following tasks:

  • Plan, under the supervision of the Production Manager, manufacturing priorities based on customer orders.
  • Ensure the encoding and adaptation, if necessary, of intra-group orders and communicate with the group’s other sites alongside the Production Manager in the event of a delay or incident affecting the delivery of orders.
  • Ensure re-planning, under the supervision of the Production Manager, of customer orders based on supply delays and production incidents, and ensure communication with the COs (Customer Officers) about any such delays and/or re-planning.
  • Analyse and validate, under the supervision of the Production Manager, requests to bring forward customer orders and redefine, where appropriate, production priorities to deliver to customers on time.
  • Manage the repair of defective products at the end of the line so as to be able to complete packaging POs and meet customer deadlines.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management & Business Analytics.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in assisting with Customer Officer or production planner functions. Ideally in industrial production.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Well versed in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of an ERP is a plus.
  • Mature approach to work and ability to work under pressure, good organisation.
  • Conduct tasks independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to understand in depth the processes and environment of BEA.
