As a Project Manager, you support and play an active role as member of the Project Management Office team in the company. You carry the implementation of the vision and strategy of the Organization and support continuous improvement. The role requires a significant experience in a similar role or a demonstrated Project Management experience with a track record of success.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities are:
Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Support Project launches (tailoring, advice, guidance, templates, tools, set-up)
Support project closure (reviews, lessons learned…).
Define planning for projects to allow easy consolidation (milestones, dependencies…).
Develop, track, and maintain dependencies across projects.
Set up project metrics (KPIs).
Provide reporting, templates, tools and reporting timetable.
Ensure risk management strategy, processes and templates are properly followed and used.
Proactively look at projects risk registers across the project portfolio.
Maintain the overall project change control strategy, processes and templates.
Coordinate quality reviews of projects / portfolio documents and deliverables.
YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS
Minimum education as an Industrial Engineer.
Relevant experience of minimum 5 years as a project manager in complex technical environments or 3 years in a similar role.
A tactical mindset with sound analytical abilities, strong operational as well as facilitation skills.
Demonstrated coaching and training skills.
Effective Time Management and Priority Management skills as well as understanding of change management concepts.
Influencing skills, sound judgement and initiative. Independence, objectivity, problem solving mindset / alternative solutions elaboration, risk management (anticipation).
Administrative, budgeting, planning and cost management skills.
Project management qualification (PMP or PRINCE2 practitioner) is a plus.
Articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses strong communication skills (collaborative).
Strong influencing skills, sound judgement and initiative, sound decision-making skills.
Independence, objectivity, problem solving mindset / alternative solutions elaboration, risk management (anticipation).
Full proficiency in English, and French are a must (written and oral).
