Segment Manager Logistics Automation Solutions

function description

The overall mission of the Segment Manager LAS is to further develop BEA Europe’s activities in the Logistics Automation Solutions (LAS) segment. The ambition is to create an additional strong contributor to profit growth for BEA Europe.

The mission of the Segment Manager LAS consists of 3 elements: farming, hunting, and building.

FARMING

Working together with all relevant other departments within BEA, the Segment Manager LAS helps to ensure alignment and focus of everyone involved, to realize the current ambitions and further expand them.

HUNTING

This not only in terms of new customers and new projects, but potentially also new partners, and even acquisitions. The Segment Manager LAS autonomously identifies potential new opportunities, analyses them, prioritizes them, and drives the entire processes around decision making, implementation, and follow-up.

BUILDING

As the business grows, the Segment Manager LAS will build a team around them to fully realize the profit potential.
