The 1 SAFE is an active infrared sensor operating with background suppression (triangulation). At 2,20 m mounting height, the 1 SAFE emits an infrared beam of 35 x 70 mm and is therefore suitable for all applications where accurate and narrow detection fields are required. It either opens, protects or monitors.


Reliable & accurate

The main feature of the 1 SAFE is its ability to track changes in its
background and environment, which ensures a greater reliability in all situations.


The 1SAFE provides safety on sliding doors during the opening cycle, on curved sliding or swing doors during the closing cycle and on revolving doors to secure the pinch zone.

Small detection field

The 1 SAFE, as an alternative to push buttons, opens an automatic
door when you need a very small detection field (kitchen doors, internal train doors, etc).

Automatic or manual mode

For the most common applications and installation heights, a single press on the control button is enough. The sensing area is adjusted automatically. For special applications (greater height, reflective floors, horizontal applications, etc.), a “manual mode” using an adjusting screw and dip-switch enables precise adjustments of the sensing
