Laser distance measurement device

The LZR®-FLATSCAN U is a LASER-based device measuring distances on 1 plane. The LZR®-FLATSCAN U can be installed to scan in any direction and is designed to provide the highest degree of flexibility. This very compact and competitive LASER scanner communicates the raw measurement data for post-processing or control tasks.

    With a thickness of only 18mm, the compact, ultra-thin design of the LZR®-FLATSCAN U fits perfectly into the fork tip of the automatic forklift or the flat mobile platform of AGV/AMRs.

    The sensor was designed to be flexible for any type of installation.

  • Outstanding detection performance

    The laser scanner generates a high-resolution detection field with a minimum angular resolution of only 0.18°, and outputs accurate distance measurement data at a high frequency.

  • High flexibility for secondary development

    With the BEA ROS Driver, this sensor can be easily integrated into the AGV system.
