Customer Officer DACH

As Customer Officer, you are responsible for a portfolio of existing customers for the DACH area. You are the privileged interlocutor of customers on a daily basis, technically or commercially. You proactively put yourself at the service of internal and external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Officer you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You maintain a privileged relationship with customers.
  • You provide correct and complete information to your customers’ leading business and technical issues.
  • You ensure the administrative follow-up of the client.
  • Proactively you carry out commercial and technical reminders.
  • You organize customer visits internally and participate in them.
  • You detect the customer’s needs and make every effort to meet their requests.
  • You report directly to the Head of Area but work closely with the Sales Manager and the Technical Advisor.
