As Customer Officer, you are responsible for a portfolio of existing customers for the DACH area. You are the privileged interlocutor of customers on a daily basis, technically or commercially. You proactively put yourself at the service of internal and external customers.
As a Customer Officer you will have the following responsibilities:
You maintain a privileged relationship with customers.
You provide correct and complete information to your customers’ leading business and technical issues.
You ensure the administrative follow-up of the client.
Proactively you carry out commercial and technical reminders.
You organize customer visits internally and participate in them.
You detect the customer’s needs and make every effort to meet their requests.
You report directly to the Head of Area but work closely with the Sales Manager and the Technical Advisor.
