Inside Sales Coordinator (Northern Europe)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator for our Northern Europe Sales Area, based in Belgium (Liège Science Park).

YOUR MISSION

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you provide commercial and administrative support to the sales activities in the northern region. Your mission is to strengthen customer relationships and service by enhancing customer satisfaction, thus contributing to increase market share and margin for our main business segment, pedestrian detection solutions.

This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and works closely with Technical Sales and Area Sales Managers to achieve defined objectives.

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities include:

  • Being the privileged point of contact for customers on a daily basis;
  • Providing accurate and comprehensive information on your customers’ commercial and technical issues;
  • Identifying and effectively responding to customer needs by proposing tailored solutions;
  • Proactively initiating commercial and technical follow-ups;
  • Organizing and participating in internal customer visits;
  • Ensuring administrative follow-up;
  • Involving various departments of BEA (billing, production, after-sales service, project management, marketing) as needed to satisfy the customer.

YOUR QUALITIES & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree level, ideally with a commercial, linguistic, or similar orientation through experience;
  • Very good command of English and good knowledge of French;
  • Affinity with technology and quickly learner;
  • Curious, attentive to customer needs and opportunities (upselling);
  • Meticulous, rigorous, organized, and problem-solver;
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Team spirit, good communication, and solution-oriented;
  • Adaptability, initiative, and stress resistance.
